Where we ship

Across the European Union and the United States. European orders are dispatched from Lisbon by CTT, normally within two working days. United States orders ship from California. The 50 g Taster is available within the European Union only. Delivery times vary by destination.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are the price you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see or hold your card details. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you confirm the order.

Changing your mind

You normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right does not apply to sealed foodstuffs once the seal has been broken, for health and hygiene reasons — the exception in Article 17(1)(d) of Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, which gives effect to the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

So: if the pouch is unopened and its seal intact, you may return it within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, and we will refund the cost of standard delivery too. Once the seal is broken, we cannot take it back. Write to us first and we will tell you where to send it. Return postage is yours unless the goods were faulty.

If something is wrong with it

Tell us. If a pouch arrives damaged, short, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021, and we would rather hear about it than not. A photograph helps but is not required.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Email us first — most things end there. If we cannot resolve it, Portuguese law entitles you to refer the dispute to an approved consumer arbitration body. A national directory is published by the Direção-Geral do Consumidor at consumidor.gov.pt.

A food. Green rooibos, milled. It is not a medicine and we make no claim that it treats, prevents or improves any condition. Full product information is on the shop page, given before you buy, as it should be.

Your data

We keep what an order needs — name, address, email, what you bought — and nothing else. We do not sell it or share it beyond the people who carry the parcel and process the payment. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold, or delete it.
